यह एक प्रमुख मेडिकल कॉलेज है| यह झारखण्ड राज्य के पलामू जिला में है| यह एक सरकारी कॉलेज है जो मेडिकल कौंसिल ऑफ़ इंडिया के तहत नियंत्रित की जाती है|
पलामू मेडिकल कॉलेज में MBBS की पढाई होती है जो निलिम्बर पीताम्बर यूनिवर्सिटी से संचालित होती है|
